Glen has been with StudentsFirstNY since its creation in 2012. Along with Jenny he oversees the organization’s advocacy and political work as well as its internal operations.
Glen has an extensive background in government, politics and communications strategy, serving in senior positions at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) and Benenson Strategy Group, as well as on Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign and in the Clinton White House.
Glen was also Communications Director and Interim President and CEO at the Roosevelt Institute, a progressive economic think tank. Prior to that he held a number of senior communications leadership roles at TIAA, heading asset management and new business development marketing.
Glen graduated with honors from Binghamton University. He is a public school parent and resides in Westchester with his family.
