Hours at the Marcy Branch Library have been reduced due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. The new hours are 8am - 1pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturday until October 1st. We the residents of Bed Stuy find this unacceptable. We ask that they not only restore regular library hours but open on Mondays. This library is close to four elementay schools and it is important to give those children access to the library when school starts.
