Chris Entrikin
Director of Organizing
Chris's promotion to Director of Organizing at StudentsFirstNY comes after a long and diverse career in advocacy and community organizing.
Chris was one of the first Senior Organizers for StudentsFirstNY back in 2012, where he played a key role in overseeing the grassroots advocacy work of the organization. He was then promoted to Deputy Director of Organizing, responsible for the design and strategic development of the base organizing effort. Prior to joining us, Chris worked for the League of Conservation Voters as a field organizer on behalf of John Kerry's presidential campaign, as well as Education Reform Now and ACORN, where he held leadership positions. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at University of California at Los Angeles and a Master's Degree from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs. He resides in Brooklyn.
