Over the past several days, parents have been meeting with elected officials in Albany and across New York City, speaking out in support of Governor Cuomo's Opportunity Agenda to ensure every child has access to a quality education.
Tonight, 400 parents came together in Brooklyn to rally #ForOpportunity for their kids, their families, their schools, and their communities. The event featured remarks from Assembly Member Karim Camara, Council Member Robert Cornegy, NYCAN Executive Director Derrell Bradford, and public school parents and grandparents Anyta Brown and AU Hogan.
